The Durban Air Show

Durban skies will echo the sound of aircraft this Saturday, July 14th, as the Durban Air Show returns for another spectacular display of breathtaking stunts and death defying aerobatics.

Africa’s premier civilian aviation event, and the world’s second oldest air show, the Durban Air Show is again expected to draw thousands of fans to Virginia Airport. Visitors can expect to see some amazing aircraft including two World War Two North American P-51 Mustangs and the Aero L-29 Delfin!

The show which forms part of a six air show tour across KZN called the KZN Winter Air Tour will be the Grand Finale. Crowds will be spoiled to an action packed day with some of the country’s leading aerobatic teams and aircraft se to make an appearance.

Tickets can be purchased online at the Durban Air Show website or at the Pilot Shop at Virginia Airport.
