Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc, a best-seller in South Africa, Canada and many other parts of the world, is making its mark yet again.
The 2012 vintage recently earned a score of 90 at the recent World Value Wine Challenge, billed as the most comprehensive show in the US for wines retailing at $20 and under. Additionally, it also secured the title of Best South African Sauvignon Blanc on the show, a gold medal and a Best Buy rating.
Not the only Two Oceans in the critical spotlight, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend was awarded a "Best Buy "recommendation and a silver medal, while the 2010 Shiraz took silver.
The brand also made an impression with judges in Germany recently. The 2012 Two Oceans Shiraz Rosé won gold at Mundus Vini and the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot earned silver at the Berliner Wein Trophy Show.
