The hands on courses are designed for those with limited time to spend in the kitchen. Courses include a Mini Chefs Course (1 evening per week for 6 weeks) covering the basic fundamentals of cooking and teaching you how to be creative with daily meals. The Mini Gourmet Course (1 evening per week for 6 weeks) shows how using basic skills and ingredients you can master risotto, pate's, galette's, and so much more. The Gourmet Weber Braai Course (Saturday afternoons) sets the men apart from the boys! Learn the art of gourmet braaiing and how to use your Weber correctly and efficiently. Other exciting courses you can chose from include Mediterranean, Thai, French and Italian cuisine.
